As the original founder of The Chambers Group, Joe started the business in 1990 out of his basement with little capital but with experience from previous employment at Xerox and determination for success. Since the early beginnings of The Chambers Group, Joe has nurtured company growth and progress by creating a hard working, friendly atmosphere while always pursuing new business opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in print and marketing, Joe has been able to guide his clients toward success.
As a Penn State alumni with a degree in Marketing, Joe also spearheaded a vision of expanding The Chambers Group’s commercial printing into full-service marketing and advertising.
In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family –Lori his wife of 30 years and their four children, playing golf and cheering for Penn State Basketball …..where his brother Patrick is the Nittany Lions head coach.

Paul has over 25 years of experience in the printing and marketing industry. His vision and drive helped The Chambers Group grow from the basement of his brother’s house to a multi-million dollar business. Paul’s experience and knowledge in the education, non-profit, financial, and healthcare markets make him a valuable partner to customers. Paul’s philosophy of business is based on exceptional personalized customer service. The customer’s return on investment is Paul’s highest priority while ensuring the quality and timeliness of all company services captures the pride of who “the Chambers Group” is as a company.
Paul resides in Malvern, PA. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (C’92) with a BS in Economics. While at Penn, Paul enjoyed playing basketball as the team captain. Paul is married with 4 children and enjoys coaching his children in their local church youth basketball organization.
K.J. was one of the earliest Chambers Group employees, persistently working his way through the company from electronic form sales in 1997 to the youngest owner/partner in 2001. He has helped grow the company from its earliest beginnings of 6 employees to the thriving operation it is today. Along the way, he learned the finer points of marketing and graphic arts by immersing himself in many different roles. This mixed experience empowered K.J. with the skill set to expertly lead the company through three industry revolutions…and many more to come.
Most recently, K.J. is driving a major brand overhaul for The Chambers Group. This important and timely initiative is designed to communicate The Chambers Group’s unique combination of varied capabilities plus strategic consultative support – a rare one-two punch that traditional printers don’t deliver but that many companies desperately need. He has taken The Chambers Group sales operation from transactional to solution-driven, with a focus on solving customer needs with both traditional and new media solutions.
